(*) In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation must be uploaded online during the registration process (i.e. approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID). If no certificate is being uploaded, the registration process cannot be completed. Any anomalies in the documents will be advised by the organizing secretariat.

NOTE – We kindly inform that:
– Patients and Other Healthcare Professionals can only attend the Programme for Patients on 25 September. They cannot access the Doctors Session. They will attend the joint session (Doctors and Patients) on 26 September starting at 09:30. Entrances control staff will assure the correct access procedure.

- English is the official language Simultaneous Translation will be provided from English to Italian, French, Spanish to those who require it
- Coffee break and lunch, according to the programme
- Congress bag holding the meeting materials
- Personal Badge (each participant will be given a name badge at the conference venue that must be worn at all times)
- All the regularly registered participants will receive a link to download their certificate of attendance
- Only for patient/family member/patient association delegate: social dinner (25 September 2025) and parking

Name changes
After September 11, 2025 name changes are charged with an handling fee of € 30,00 (VAT 22% included) per name change.

Accommodation
The Organizing Secretariat has reserved a limited number of rooms for the attendees at the Grand Hotel Dino (Corso Garibaldi, 20 – Baveno (Verbania), Italy) and in other affiliated hotels of the same category located nearby.
Early Booking
We highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity and book your accommodation at your early convenience. The Grand Hotel Dino is a top-rated hotel located on the coast of Lake Maggiore and September is a tourist high-season.

The Organizing Secretariat will assist you in checking availability at the hotels.
Note for Patients
All patients will be accommodated at Grand Hotel Dino and benefit from a preferential rate.
Note for Doctors
Doctors can book their stay at Grand Hotel Dino on a first-come first-served basis. As rooms at Grand Hotel Dino run out, rooms at adjacent facilities will be assigned.
Availability
Rooms are available from 24 September to 26 September 2025 (2 nights).
The night of 26 September will be subject to room availability.
Booking Confirmation
Confirmations will be sent by email. If you do not receive the confirmation within an hour of booking, please send an email to info@attr2025.com.
Full payment by credit card is mandatory at the time of booking.
Hotel Booking Form Options
In the hotel booking form, Doctors, Fellows, Other Healthcare Professionals, and Industry Representatives will be able to select and book one of the following hotels:
- GRAND HOTEL DINO – € 265 DSU / € 295 DBL (B&B, taxes included)
- HOTEL SIMPLON – € 255 DSU / € 285 DBL (B&B, taxes included)
- HOTEL SPLENDID – € 255 DSU / € 285 DBL (B&B, taxes included)
- RESIDENCE CARL & DO – € 160 (Apartment for single occupancy) / € 265 (Apartment for double occupancy)
Social Dinner (25 September 2025) at Tre Isole Restaurant, Grand Hotel Dino: € 77 per person
Parking
All the recommended hotels provide private parking. The cost is €20 per day, payable at the hotel upon check-out.
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to registration@attr2025.it
Cancellations received up to 28 July, 2025 (included): 70% refund (30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge)
Cancellations received after 28 July, 2025: no refund
All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the Meeting ends
The Congress organizers take all reasonable care in making arrangements, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organized through contractors. Hotels and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the general public.
You should seek and follow the advice of your government before booking travel and accommodation for the Meeting and before travelling to the event. You are solely responsible for making your own appropriate travel and other insurance arrangements before booking travel and accommodation for the Meeting. ATTR organizers and the Organizing Secretariat shall not be liable to you for any losses incurred.
Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold it
In the unlikely case that the ATTR Meeting cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organizers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, pandemic, etc.), the Congress Organizers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, travel expenses, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
