(*) Nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other nearby allied health professionals. A letter of confirmation of your status from the Head of Unit or Institute must accompany the formal registration.

(**) In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation must be uploaded online during the registration process (i.e. approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID).

(***) Patients registering at this fee must upload a proof of their membership of a Patient Association during the registration process.

The registration fee includes​

Name changes

After September 11, 2025 name changes are charged with an handling fee of € 30,00 (VAT 22% included) per name change.

Please note that any enquiries or requests for additional information, modifications and cancellations are to be communicated to the Organizing Secretariat by email: registration@attr2025.it.

Accommodation

The Organizing Secretariat has reserved a limited number of rooms for the attendees at the Grand Hotel Dino (Corso Garibaldi, 20 – Baveno (Verbania), Italy) and in other affiliated hotels of the same category located nearby. These rooms are available for reservation in a limited number.

Early booking is recommended: we highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity and book your accommodation as soon as possible. The Grand Hotel Dino is a top-rated hotel located on the coast of Lake Maggiore and September is a tourist high-season.

Please note that the rooms are subject to availability and the deadline for booking is 30 June 2025.

Note for Patients: All the patients will be accommodated at Grand Hotel Dino and benefit from a preferential rate. Any accompanying person will settle their cost for the difference between single and double use.

Doctors can book their stay at Grand Hotel Dino on a first-come first-served basis

As rooms at Grand Hotel Dino run out, rooms at adjacent facilities will be assigned

Rooms are available from 24 September to 25 September 2025 (n.2 nights). The night of 26 September  are upon request and subject to room availability.

Full payment by credit card is mandatory at the time of booking

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to registration@attr2025.it

Cancellations received up to 28 July, 2025 (included): 70% refund (30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge)

Cancellations received after 28 July, 2025: no refund

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the Meeting ends

Disclaimer

The Congress organizers take all reasonable care in making arrangements, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organized through contractors. Hotels and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the general public.

You should seek and follow the advice of your government before booking travel and accommodation for the Meeting and before travelling to the event. You are solely responsible for making your own appropriate travel and other insurance arrangements before booking travel and accommodation for the Meeting. ATTR organizers and the Organizing Secretariat shall not be liable to you for any losses incurred.

Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold it
In the unlikely case that the ATTR Meeting cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organizers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, pandemic, etc.), the Congress Organizers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, travel expenses, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
