Guidelines for Speakers & Oral Communication Presenters
BEFORE THE SESSION
- For specific details regarding your session format (plenary, lecture, round table, etc.), please refer to the official ATTR 2025 website: https://attr2025.com
- Make sure to arrive at your designated session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Speakers are kindly asked to sit in the front row of the hall and approach the stage when it is their turn to present. Depending on the session type, speakers may also remain on stage for group discussions.
- A technician or staff member will be available at the Slide Center Desk inside the hall to assist with any technical aspects.
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- 16/9 format
- 1920 x 1080 resolution
- Windows 10 pro or 11 pro and Office 365
- PowerPoint version: type .pptx - for optimal rendering
- Standard Windows fonts
- Images: minimum resolution of 300x300 dpi
- Video: All videos must be embedded in your presentation. Save as .pptx for best results.
- Personal laptop computers cannot be connected to projectors; presentations must be uploaded via our service.
SLIDE CENTER DESK LOCATION AND OPENING HOURS
- The Slide Center Desk is located in both Room Carlo 1 and Room Carlo 2
- Opening hours: 25 September (Thu) 07:30-19:00 | 26 September (Fri) 08:00-17:00. Contact organizers or visit the Registration Area (Faculty Desk) onsite.
RECORDING CONSENT FORM
All oral scientific sessions will be live streamed on the virtual platform on 25 and 26 September 2025. By participating in ATTR 2025, you give your consent to the recording of your presentation, which will be featured on the ATTR virtual platform. If you have any concerns, please contact us at info@attr2025.com.
Guidelines for Speakers
UPLOADING DEADLINE
To allow simultaneous translators to prepare ahead of the congress, we kindly ask you to upload your presentation within and no later than September 15, 2025. This will also allow the technicians to validate the format of your file and ensure proper display on the screen. Minor changes to the presentation are allowed until the day before.
HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION
- Log in with your credentials to the ATTR2025 website
- Click on ‘ORAL PRESENTATION SUBMISSION’ in the main Menu Bar
- Fill in the required fields and upload your pptx presentation
You will receive a confirmation email for each upload. Our technical service will get back to you only in case a technical issue is identified.
Guidelines for Oral Communication Presenters
- Two Oral Communication sessions include 5 presentations each. Each presenter has 12 minutes – 8 minutes for presentation + 4 minutes Q&A.
