UPLOADING DEADLINE

ePoster must be uploaded by September 10, 2025. Please note this is a strict deadline which will not be extended in order to allow the technicians to validate the format of your file and ensure proper display on the screen. After the deadline it will not be possible to change the uploaded presentation.

ePOSTER VIEW

All the ePosters will be accessible on the ATTR2025 congress website from 24 September 2025 to 25 November 2025. By uploading your E-Poster, you agree to have it published in the official congress website for the duration of 2 months following the ATTR 2025 Congress.

MODERATED POSTER SESSION

A moderated poster session is scheduled on 25 September at 13:10-14:15

• Presentation Time • 3 minutes + 3 minutes for Q&A from the Chair and audience
• Room Galassia Room (close to the main conference rooms)

A moderator will be present during your presentation. An assistant will be available on site to guide you to the appropriate monitor. Please ensure you are at the poster area ten minutes before the session starts. We kindly ask that all presenters attend the entire duration of the session.

Before the session starts, an assistant will confirm which station you are assigned to, as well as your position in the list of the presentations. Presenters will talk in front of their E-Posters.

SCREEN TYPE

Your abstract will be presented in its electronic format (PDF) on a Qled screen 55’’ vertical monitor (cm 70 x 121 – 9/16 projection). No paper poster allowed. Each screen will be equipped with an additional floor stand with a touch monitor, allowing easy control of the file.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ePOSTER PREPARATION

E-Posters are accepted only as PDF files and created with the following specifications.

Create your document in Powerpoint (1 page)

• Orientation: portrait for 9/16 projection - Resolution: 1080 x 1920 pixels (width × height)

• Special effects like animations and transitions are not allowed
• The font size should be 14 points or bigger. Choose simple and readable fonts
• Images and tables must be readable on the screen without the need for magnification. Animated GIF and Videos are not allowed. Respect the copyrights and personal anonymity of the pictures and tables
• Save it as a PDF file (PDF files are accepted up to 20MB)

HOW TO UPLOAD IT

• Log in with your credentials to the ATTR2025 website
• Click on ‘POSTER SUBMISSION’ in the main Menu Bar on top
• - Fill in the required fields and upload your presentation
