PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY INFORMATION (INF. 02/2018)
In accordance with Legislative Decree nr. 2016/679, a.k.a. Privacy Code, and the European guidelines for the Personal Data Protection and as for the personal data managed by Studio Congressi s.r.l., please refer to the following information:

2. SUBJECT-MATTER OF THE PROCESSING
The Personal Data Controller is responsible for processing personal data, including:

Name, surname, email address, work phone, job title, IBAN, and tax code.

Information related to job position or work experience listed in the “Curriculum Vitae” that the speaker submits when required for participation in our training courses.
3. PURPOSE FOR THE PROCESSING
Personal Data must be processed in order to fulfil the obligations related to the Event, including:

Receipt of documentation from SC to keep updated on all its projects, initiatives, and events through automated tools (e.g., newsletters, emails, SMS, MMS, robocalls) and traditional methods (e.g., hardcopy mail, operator calls).
3.1 Data Collection
We will collect any information that you provide when you:

(a) Make an enquiry, provide feedback by email or on our Platforms.

(b) Submit correspondence to us by post, email, or via our Platforms.

(c) Register for or are provided with an Account.

(d) Provide us with your details by post, email, or over the phone.

(e) Update your profile and other Account details.

(f) Submit, edit, or review a Contribution via your Account.

(g) Apply/register for and/or attend our Events.

(h) Complete any forms provided to you at our Events.

(i) Fill in a form, conduct a search, post content on the Platforms, respond to surveys, participate in promotions, or use any other features of the Platforms.

(j) Follow, ‘like,’ post to, or interact with our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram and LinkedIn).

(k) Provide details to external structures and companies used by SC to execute related activities (e.g., press services, data processing, IT consultancy, promotional activities, hotel reservations, etc.).
3.2 Types of Information Collected
The information you provide will include:

(a) Identity and contact data: title, names, addresses, email address, phone number, age or date of birth, gender, nationality.

(b) Account profile data: username, password, job title/position, affiliations.

(c) Event information: references, bank and invoicing details, travel documents, etc.

(d) Survey data: responses to our surveys.

(e) Imagery: photographs, videos, or audio of you taken during the Event may be used in SC communications (website, social media, etc.).

(f) Other information: dietary requirements, health/disability information (used for making reasonable adjustments during the Event).
4. METHODS AND DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data processing will be carried out through various operations such as collecting, storing, querying, using, and deleting data. The data will be stored on company servers and in a paper archive, accessible by the Data Controller or authorized employees.
Data Retention: Personal data will be deleted within 2 years from receipt.
5. COMMUNICATION OF THE DATA
The Personal Data Controller may communicate the data for the purposes outlined to the following:

Supervision Board, Judicial Authorities, or anyone authorized by law.

Public bodies as necessary for the outlined purposes.
These bodies will process the data as independent controllers.
6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
You have the right to:

Data Access: Verify the existence of your personal data and have it provided in an intelligible form.

Data Rectification: Correct, update, or integrate your personal data.

Data Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal data from our system.

Objection-Restriction of Data Processing: Object to the processing of your data at any time.
7. FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DATA CONTROLLER
You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority if you believe your rights under the law have been violated.
